Advantix® For extra-large dogs 25kg-40kg

Advantix® contains the active ingredients of imidacloprid, permethrin and pyriproxfen. Imidacloprid interferes with nicotinergic acetylcholine receptors in the nervous system of fleas and lice resulting in their subsequent paralysis and death. Permethrin targets voltage-gated sodium channels in nerve and muscles cell by repetitive discharges causing conduction blockade of the cells. Pyriprofen is an IGR interfering with maturation of immature flea stages thus break up the flea life cycle. This is a broad-spectrum formulated solution to repel and kill fleas, ticks and mosquitoes. Unlike other common brand of ecto-parasitic solution, the active ingredient, permethrin, works by incapacitating or killing parasites before they can bite on the body; therefore, it acts as a repellent agent. Imidacloprid kills the parasites on contact without biting required. It kills all life stages of flea to prevent re-infestation.

Instruction: For dogs only. Cats are incapable of metabolize permethrin; therefore, use in cats is prohibited. Use caution when you are keeping dogs and cats at home together. Place the tip of the tube on the skin, not on hair. Apply the solution evenly on the top of the back from the shoulder to the base of the tail. For large dogs, it is applied evenly along the midline of the back.

Note: For dogs only. Do not use it on dogs under 7 weeks old or weight under 1.5 kg. Avoid using it within 2 days before and after bath.
