NexGard SPECTRA 15-30 KG

Nexgard contains active ingredients of afoxolaner and milbemycin oxime. Afoxolaner belongs to a class of an isooxazoline drugs. It interferes GABA-gated chloride channels and L-glutamate-gated chloride channels in parasites, resulting in paralysis and death. Milbemycin oxime is a macrocyclic lactone agent. It induces the parasite flaccid paralysis by disrupting GABA-gated chloride channels. It is effective against both ecto- and endoparasites such as fleas, ticks, demodex, lice, mites and different types of worms including heartworms and intestinal worms of roundworms, hookworms and whipworms etc.    

Note: Not for use in puppies less than 8 weeks of age and less than 8 kg bodyweight. The safe use of nexgard in breeding, pregnant or lactating dogs has not been evaluated. Not for use in dogs with history of seizure. Do not store above 25 C.
